Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

My baby boy who is of 2 years is suffering from nose blocking due to cold and also having wet cough from past 2 days. he is also getting light fever some times during the day and it is going to nearly 100 degree during nights. he is active sometimes while playing with me and becoming dull due to these issues.

My son is having dry cough during night for last week or so, he had cold nd cough and we had given him ascoril and mucolight syrups.. cough is still prolonging he will have 2-3 sessions of 4-5 mins continuous cough in the night , please suggest how we should address it

Hi, I have dry cough from last 2-3 days. I actually turned on AC earlier this week and since then have developed cough and I am coughing a lot now. Some pain in neck too. No fever as such but yes lot of harassment and body pain I guess. I took cough syrup but didn't help. Any recommendations please?

I started coughing at night time and now I started coughing in day time also. I consulted doctor and they provided me with nasofex I tablet and ascoril dplus syrup and it was in control but one day due to I had cough just after having dinner and one day had cough after playing. Now the dosage given is also completed.

Last 3 months my 4 year daughter is on cough syrups. before that she had viral pneumonia. whenever she starts coughing it last for months. I tried homopathy and allopathic both treatments but still whenever she develops cough it last for months. she develops cough very frequently, bimonthly. What should I do? I changed 4 doctors because she is not improving. I also have a fear that because I change dr and they change medicines, the virus or infection may devlop resistance against medicines. some dr says she has bronchitis asthma some just give medicines. 1) is there any way by which exact cause of cough will be known. 2) Does cough syrups impacts kidney or any other major side effect as she is consuming them from last 3 months. please help.
