Hi I have a itch below foreskin of penis. When i pull the foreskin back to clean, i find small white particles. After cleaning relief is temporary and the inch is back after few hours. We are married from 4 years, and My wife is always having pain since our first day when I try to enter her, even though she is wet. Many places I read that dates are high in calories and not good for weight loss.. I want to know is it OK to include 2dates with 5 soaked almond in the morning or I should avoid dates
