Hot boiling water spilt on my lap

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hot boling water spilt on my upper lap & partially right side of the pennis & right side of the skin covering the testes please help what first aid should be taken..as its 1am will beable to see doctor in morning hours only have taken a wet(not icy cold) towel & kept over the effected area for 15 -20 min what else can i do... it seems to be a first degree burn (very less redness) but it is burning sensation is like anything please help!!!!
