Hi I have a soft lump near my tailbone which grows & vanishes every few days. It has been more than a month that I feel wet in my bums around evenings and have to wipe the pus/fluid which is yellowish in colour The leakage sometimes happens at night as well but not regularly Sometimes the lump enlarges and then almost vanishes. It is squishy and releases a minute amount of blood when touched. I'm looking to use surgery as a last resort. Can someone help please?

Hi Doctors.. I have problem of vaginal discharge and this started post my delivery which happened in 2017. I get discharge daily but with no itching or smell. Discharge is so much that I have to change my undergarments twice as I feel wet. Attaching my last pap report pls suggest it is normal to have discharge. I am planning for my second pregnancy so pls advice if something needs to be taken care before planning.

13 days old baby is not sleeping properly since last night. Taking breast feeds and top milk is also given at night and in morning but still baby not sleeping. 4 days back BCG vaccination was done. Also during breast feed baby sleeps and therefore burping could not be done. Even if he sleeps, it's for few minutes only again wakes up crying. Really worried. I have been suffering from inflammation around the male congential area since 3 days I don't have enough sleep and rest since few days every lab reports are normal..urethra surrounded is fine. But foreskin getting inflammation and little pain and sperm leaking randomly.please suggest a medicines 💊 or anti bacterial..little redness and wetness surrounded the foreskin of the male congenital area

I and my girlfriend had 𝗱𝗿𝘆 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴(Rubbing on private parts of each other) with clothes on but I was wet (sperm was released under my clothes ) This was happened between 𝟭𝟴𝘁𝗵-𝟮𝟯𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗰 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮. And just after this from 𝟮𝟱𝘁𝗵 onwards she's facing a abdominal pain and bloating below the belly button and also sometimes back pain. And her last periods were stopped on 𝟯𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗰𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 She do have a PCOS Problem, sometimes periods get delay because of this. What could be the reason? Is this any sign of pregnancy?

Is there any way or any medication I can use to stop my breast milk supply? I have resumed work from office so I am unable to pump it out. As a result my breast becomes hard with lumps. Also the added pressure of commuting to office in local transport results in  my clothes getting wet due to leakage of breast milk. Breast pads don't help much here as well. My 6 month old has formula during the days I am in office.
