13 days old baby not sleeping properly
13 days old baby is not sleeping properly since last night. Taking breast feeds and top milk is also given at night and in morning but still baby not sleeping. 4 days back BCG vaccination was done. Also during breast feed baby sleeps and therefore burping could not be done. Even if he sleeps, it's for few minutes only again wakes up crying. Really worried. Also his umbilical stump is getting removed of its own but that place is a bit wet, we are applying neosprin on that , will it be a problem or pain which makes him sleepless. Please help.

It's less likely because of BCG. Don't worry as baby take breastfeeding well, See for the nasal block,  because it may be the cause of poor sleep. Add nasoclear nasal spray 2 spray each nostril 4 time daily. Also Colicide drops 5 drops SOS basis

Baby is crying because he is not getting adequate feeds. Each feeding session should last atleast 15 minutes. And if the baby sleeps while feeding you can rub his back or move your hand over the baby to keep him awake. Once the baby gets adequate feeds he will sleep for 1.5 hr to 2 hr. Bcg and umbilical cord wont cause any pain in the babies.
