My 1 year old baby boy got 2 days fever I went to near pediatrician dr gave imki syrup and paracetamol 250 he gave after 3 days fever stoped and still I'm using imki syrup after 3 days my baby boy getting motions so I thought to use z&d syrup is it ok to use z&d syrup when using imki syrup please suggest me if I use this 2 syrups does it cause any problems to baby and is it ok to stop imki syrup

I have been coughing for a long time and just recently I started coughing blood.done sputum for AFB which is negative.Was given antibiotics, even I cough blood,but the cough has reduced.What can I do to stop blood sputum and cough completely

My 7 yo son who has not wetted the bed ever so far except very rarely has frequently wetting the bed and it appears is not able to control urine. From last couple of days he wets his trousers even while he is awake. Everytime I take him to pee in the bathroom he has already pee spots on trousers. The urine is colourless. My baby is 1month old still umbilical area not fully dry ,still slight wetness will be there.23 days back slight bleeding was observed in navel and doctor suggested apply neoasiprin power for 3days ,we are applying neoaspirin from past 20days bleeding is not present but navel area is still wet .is it normal?if so by when it can become completely dry ??
