Hii doctor, I am 24 years old working girl. I m doing night shifts and in a day time I m also doing some classes. From earlier I m not feeling well every time I feel sad with full of negativity and disappointment I feel like nothing is going good with me with my carrier with my life what will I do? Will I get the success in my life? Every time I feel no one with me no one even love me. I don't want to smile even but I have to laugh (no option)! Because I don't want sympathy from anyone. Sometimes I told cough syrup and crocin medicine wid no reason I don't know why I had. Yesterday only in my office my manager gave me new work to do but I was not able to start so he and my team leader shouted at me very badly that time I felt very disappointment and I felt I cant do anything my life is waste it was very easy how can it happen I cant do this. I felt I have to leave this job right now so I talked with my manager to allow me to go home but he didn't allow and I cried. plz suggest me ?

Pain in testicles, swelling of sperm ducts, sense of burning while urinating sometimes semen can also be seen in urine after Consulting the physician he told me for blood check up and urine check up but after the results from dr lal path lab Pathology everything is fine haven't involving any kind of sexual activities sometime heavy pain in lower abdomen and testicular area after doing defecation. They have given me the world class treatment for 2 months But after coming back from there its been around more than years And from last 2 months i have been relapsed And i can clearly see that after abusing these drugs for a period i have these problems.

I have symptoms of weakness, fever(comes only 6pm to 8pm), cough n cold since 4 days. Am using:-    Paracetmol:1-0-1, Cipcal: 0-0-1, Ranbaxy welset cold:1-0-1, Azithromycin 500: 1-0-1, Bcomplex: 1-0-1 ,Lemonsec:1-0-1, Benadryl syrup: 1-0-1, Steaming with tubes: once a day For 2 days, Pulse Oximeter showed 97,99 Spo2. Temperature swings from 99 - 101. Also Eyes redness was there for 2 days and gone after using eye drops. From yesterday my left eye is paining. Feeling extreme Weakness from a week. Please let me know whether the below IBS medications might be confilcting with the above medications?Bcz  Full Gas is forming in stomach in the mornings and so am feeling difficulty in breathing also cough. Esvoz 40: 1-0-1 Lactifibre: 0-0-1 I have been suffering from IBS for 2 yrs.using these medications currently. Also please let me know what should i do to speedy recovery. Does Chicken,mutton consumption is Mandatory daily? Nobody is healthy to cook for me.
