Hi Doctor, My baby is 2 years old and had fever and stuffy nose 5 days back. Gave P-Stat DS 240 for two days and no fever after that. Still stuffy nose is there and from yesterday dry cough started. Giving her carrot soup and mix veg soup alternative days, apple or pomogrante daily and steam vapourizure daily once. Can anyone suggest some home remedies and also daily food or diet as She don't like to eat rice at all. Thanks in advance.

Hi, My 3.5yr boy is complaining chest burning, he is having hiccups everytime he eats , sour taste in mouth after waking up ,he burps often, he is like clearing throat while lying down and coughing. Is it acid reflux? Earlier he has severe throat ulcers every year (in 3year each time same throat ulcers ) n chest burning doc gave him antacids and Junior Lansol.....Enterogermina.. augmentin 500 ..he has given too much medicines but now medications off... What can I do for better results to treat acidity / acid reflux at home? His symptoms is not going . .

12 year old girl (just turned 12) having pink eyes with watery discharge. She got cold Janaury 25th continued  for 8 days treated with antibiotics nebulizer 4 days and again cold returned from last 5 days with pink eye.is that interlinked ? She is suffering from last one year with multiple cold coughs. She suddenly gets sneezing watery eyes.she  got 2 times sudden eye swelling in one year. They went off. It all started from past December 2023 .she got first period in june. Need guidance.pleaae. which doctor to visit . Is she struggling with allergies .

Since last two weeks I am suffering from cold, cough&  fvr Due to cold wind and low immunity because of planumb inj That tym I took dolo , histafree M, zencovit once in a day & doxycycline 100 mg for 5 days twice in a day, then also not fully recovered   now again due to cold wind and eating outside food I am again have sour n pain in throat , running nose feeling fvrsh and weakness also Kindly advise some medicine & futher course of treatment including build strong immunity to avoid re current frequent illness. Dear doctors, I am suffering with fever and cough and chest pain with sometimes breathlessness from the last 20 days. My fever range is 98.1 to 99.4 alternate days my fever is around 99.0 I went to government hospital for covid test and it is negative. I am in home isolation now. I am not getting why I am getting fever continuously. There doctors prescribed the following medicines Oseltamvir 75 mg Azythromycin 500 mg Levocytrizin Paracetamol 650 I consulted one MD he told that I have lung infection. Is fever and chills common in lung infection ? Please help

I am currently pregnant 24w. Started off with severe cough n cold, now have breathing difficulty.gynecologist referred me to pulmonologist. He gave me Budecort twice a day in nebulizer and, duolin thrice a day in nebulizer and fluticasone nasal spray night time. I had a previous termintationof pregnancy due to genetic issues, so I am very cautious about pregnancy now. I read duolin and fluticasone not advised in pregnancy. Budecort is safe. What should I do now. Is duolin safe.?And fluticasone

Hi,I'm Manoj from Hyderabad. I'm suffering with mild fever,sore throat n dry cough since 5 days. I'm taking dolo 650,azithro 500mg n tus Q from day 1 as prescribed by my physician.But i dint find any betterment.I mean my body temperature is still same.Cough n Sore throat are there but a little less intense.I donno how to proceed further. I'm confused that do i need to go with the same medication or is it better to make some changes

38 yrs female married with completed family with 3 children,c/o cough since 1 month fever 1 week back and lower left back pain,lab test shows-urine report(dark yellow,albumin-++++,wbc-15-20 PHF,Rbc-2-3 PHF,epithelial cells-++++,cast+) vit D-29.2 mmol/l insufficient ,blood wbc-11,600, neutrophils-80%,last menstr period-22.3.18,no pallor,but swelling of legs,puffiness of face in morning which decreases as days pass,b.p-90/70 Is this sonething serious??

Hi I m Chetan Sharma. I am 29 year old. 1. I have pimple on my upper back and below neck portion since 5+ years. I have took allopathic medicine 4-5 times already with full course. From beginning I thought they are from young age Harmon change but after 2 - 2.5 years u took medicine of that and took for long time but they reduce but not completely gone. So please suggest. 2. From same time interval I have always some cough and little bit dandruff type. Not exactly dandruff. Please suggest.. My Mother is a Thyroid patient (takes Altroxin daily), High BP . She has got dry cough( difficult to control at times), feels constipated, also feels that there was blood with the stool, feels exerted all the time , lack of energy , Low Hb 8.5, Low HCT , RBC etc. High ESR 75 Joint pains as well.
