My daughter has adenoids and food allergies. She used to get cold and cough frequently. Doctor prescribed extrammune syrup for 3 months.now her symptoms improved a lot.does she have any side effects if she continues the syrup?

My 7 month old got fever and cold 2 days back and now he doesn't have fever but cold n cough is still there. Do I have to still give paracetamol to him?.. How to keep him hydrated? Please advice, can I give water how much and how many times in a day. I have given these for 2.5days.. i just got to know that Ascoril drops are banned in india since December.. What to do.. i gave her these for 2.5 days.. will it have any side effects.. is she okay!!
