Hello sir, my son 2 year old was diagnosed with covid , he had fever for 3 days now has a lot of cough and not eating well, not able to sleep because of wet cough,also nose is blocked, I live in a small town where no facility is available, is there any private covid hospital for children in Kolkata? Where I can admit my child? Please if you know any ,please help me

I am a 25 year old and I have had excessive phlegm or saliva every time after I eat or drink since an year. I went through a chest x-ray and today i get a result it shows "There is a !cm non-clacified lymph node in right hilum. Lung paronchyma and cardiac pericardiac silhouette unremarkable.No pleural effusion. Bone and soft tissue appear normal".Is this TB or any serious issue?
