Sir I have been taking antidepressants for the last 5 years and I have fatty liver stage 1 with mild splenomegaly too and high cholesterol And I'm on medicines udiliv, resovastatin and fenofirabarte tab with esclitalopram n clonazepam too and I have little cough n cold but no fever can I still take 2nd dose of covishileld. Tomorrow is my vaccine due. Pls reply

Hi I have daily fever in the evening/ night- max 102° Also mild cough and cold along with weakness and mild body pain since the last 8 days. Took homeopathic medicine and paracetamol each time there's a fever. Got general tests done, but all indications like platelet count,CBC, LFT,KFT, HbA1c, thyroid are normal. What could be the issue here?

Respected sir/madam, I'm getting hives almost every night.. The skin becomes itchy and bumpy mostly on the hand and sometimes on and around thighs.. They go away by morning without leaving any marks Due to persistent cough I got my lungs checked and everything is normal but IgE immunoglobulin is 1300 which is supposed to be less than 200..I have no history of drug allergy so far I'm a dentist... So I would like to know it this elevated IgE level could cause anaphylaxis if I take covid vaccine? Please help me doctors... Much appreciated❤

I am having recurring mild fever (below 100) from last 1 week. Tests done- COVID, Typhifast IgM, HIV , Hbsag , HCV, CBC, Chest X Ray, CRP, LFT. She is suffering from cold & cough, sneezing.consultated doctor last week & on medication cetrizine & anti biotic ,while second visit doctor given added chlorpheniramine & azithromicin.she had fever yesterday night we have given paracetamol with the prescribed medicines ,she had fever today morning again after paracetamol ,now there is no fever.but accidentally she has taken Van Lm tablet with cetrizine & chlorpheniramine,is there any problem with it ? Can we give paracetamol if she get fever tonight,however we have taken appointment of doctor for tomorrow but what should we do tonight.

I usually get cold every summer accompanied with a viral fever;) This time I found something strange than usual. Whenever I Lift my head, my Adams apple becomes a little rusty and I cough out of pain. I tried to goggle twice in a day, still unable to get rid of the problem. Any suggestions? I smoke around 5-7 cigarettes per day and I drink beers every weekend.
