Runny nose , sneezing ,cough & fever
She is suffering from cold & cough, sneezing.consultated doctor last week & on medication cetrizine & anti biotic ,while second visit doctor given added chlorpheniramine & azithromicin.she had fever yesterday night we have given paracetamol with the prescribed medicines ,she had fever today morning again after paracetamol ,now there is no fever.but accidentally she has taken Van Lm tablet with cetrizine & chlorpheniramine,is there any problem with it ? Can we give paracetamol if she get fever tonight,however we have taken appointment of doctor for tomorrow but what should we do tonight.

No problem if you continue to give paracetamol every 6 hrs if there is fever. It’s totally fine if she has taken a dose of Cetrizine. Keep close observation on fever Stay safe!
