Dear sir Attached priscription Baby age 3 months 15 days .. weight 7.8kg Birth weight 3.8 As we seen since birth sometimes he have cold in chest we used nasovion drop sometimes .. And now 5 days ago we went for 10th week vaccination doctor not given vaccine becoz of cold cough and written prescription. Now my query is even after used this priscription no use still he feel cold and mucus in chest pls advice further treatment and tips pls .. and  pls tell any other drops .. We giving neubilisation also per day 1 time for 10 mins Can I use kufrill drop if yes pls tell Thanks

Little problem in breathing, got chest x ray ,report as follow- prominent bronchovascular marking seen in both lungs. Discuss non homogeneous patchy highness and reticular changes in bilateral lung. Cardio thoracic ratio is grossly enlarged . Bilateral hilar prominence. One month ago i get covid positive. Now i am well and negative. But now i fell difficultly in breathing. What could i do now.i am a rheumatic artharitis patient from 15 years .i had brain stroke 5 years ago. Heart problem. I tested cough for tb, it gives negative. Now what can i do.

Suffering from  fever n mild cough from10-11 days. Based on doctors advice blood test and Chest x ray was conducted. Fever went back after 7-8 days .two days no fever but again fever 99-100.Feeling weakness low energy Chest x ray suggest to test viral pneumonia Conducted antengen results awaited Pls help n guide Oxygen level is 94-95 so far Temp comes 99-100 Pls suggest what should we do advice as soon In blood test reaction protein cpr was 14.5 test was done 4-5 days back after that x ray was performed Doctor has given some medications but not seems improvement Pls guide

Hi doctor, My sister has dry cough not continuous, uneasy in breathing, pain in upper back. She has this problem 2 months back and diagoned with CT chest scan and was told that she had lung infection. After medication, it subsided and again the problem has come back. Again she was diagnosed with CT chest scan and the report is told " the fibronodular opacities in the anterior basal segment of the rt lower lobe" , report is attached below. Is it tuberculosis???  And the doctor is not telling if it is tuberculosis or not.! He is telling that there is mark left on the lungs due to previous infection. Due to the healed wound mark, the problem has come back.Kindly understand my problem and suggest me sir. As the present situation is covid we can't go around hospitals much. As she is lung disease patient , it might be more risky for her.

I was diagnosed with typhoid in Feb after which I started taking my medication till March 24 but due to lockdown coudnt go to docter,so although I experienced no fever but I started having the problem of mild persistent dry cough which produces white thick mucus ,I undergone for my chest x-ray pa view ,in diagnosis a small faint patchy opacity was found in right lower zone paracardiac region ,I also undergone typhidot test which showed positive and sputum AFB was negative please suggest future course of action

I am a tb patient. My age is 24 years. I am on anti tb medication. Tomorrow is my last day of medication. I took medicine regularly in time. After two months of starting medication my afb test was negetive. My chest xray was also good. I am taking R Cinex 600 and Benaadon 40. My appetite is good. No nausea. But for last 4-5 days there is a mild pain at left chest. i have mild dry cough and sometimes with phelgm. I am so much worried about this. What is this pain?? Is it corona?? Or normal for tb patient??

I do not breathe properly through my nose and nose is always heavy and closed. I have no problem like cough, sneeze, cold or sore throat. My 2 times operation of Deviated nasal septum and saptoplasty has also been done in 2012 and 2018.  But every time after a few days of opertaion the same chronic condition occurs.  My nose is always closed and I do not get breath properly due to which I feel suffocated and batchy and it is not clear from my eyes due to this reason, because of which I do not even drive.  All my life has been suffering from this problem and I can not tell you how sad I am. Is there any permanent solution to this problem or not.  What is the reason for this problem? Which treatment should I take so that I can get rid of breathing problem through my nose for a lifetime.

I have a symptoms of dry cough with sputum, throat irritation, chest congestion and when throat Irritation is high I get wheezing noise from the chest or throat and also sometimes nasal congestion (alternative nasal block) this has been for 1 month but when it's very high, I take these tablet over medical shop : cof q, cheston cold and betnipro which gives the relief for day or two and same symptoms repeats but when these symptoms are low even just 1 citizen tablet will work. What are these symptoms of?

Hi team i have been asking the same question but did not get a prompt reply i need a doctor in bangalore but getting suggestions out of bangalore My daughter is suffering from allergic cough which is not getting cured properly she is under inhalers of levolin and budecort and asathalin nebulisation though we are giving these medicines according to the dosages precribed its not getting cured. I have met two padeatricians already but all are prescribing the same medicines but my concern is  to get a permanent solution for this. None of the doctors are telling what is the problem or disease is. And the cause....i need a doctor who help us on this and give a genuine treatment and permanent solution to this .. as a parent iam very anxious as my little daughter is also having leakge in heart and murmuring also i am ready to meet the doctors who can guide us on this need a doctor who can address this in bangalore bannerghatta road
