Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

Hi Doctor I was suffering from cough and cold since 12th August. On 15th august I took a flight, during which I had ear pain due to pressure difference. After the flight journey, ear pain went away and by 20 th August Cough and cold was also gone. But from 21st August onwards I started feeling pressure in one ear along with mild pain. It feels blocked, I am able to hear though. I also often get sputum but without any coughing. Ear pain makes it different to sleep in one direction. Is it normal? Really worried.

Baby age - 6 month, Weight - 9.6kg, Female The baby has developed cold and cough since "3days" and coughs sometimes. Sneezes to clear it out. Nasal discharge is watery and somewhat wheetish in color. Thickened a little today. She doesn't show any feverish symptoms though. What worries me is she coughs much after first feeding in the morning, and vomits trying to clear the mucus collected overnight. She had never faced any illness so far since birth. What kind of medication is suggested? Is medical attention needed? Since I don't have good pediatricians nearby.

Sir..pls guide me to get relief from continuous & severe dry cough for the past 5days. This happened after I got rectified from herpes shingles. ENT specialist , skin doctor said my herpes shingles have got rectified.But I got 2problems : left side face palsy ( herpes affected my left air) & then continuous dry cough..for face palsy am going to physiotherapy n also they r doing electric stimulation.. But cough I am unable to rectify & even my ENT doctor told me to consult pulmonologist.. I have attached my x-ray & blood test reports.pls help me what to do..( x ray taken when I was in standing position)

Recently my husband was admitted due to cough syncope and lung infection. He's discharged now and he's advised to take nebulisation 3 times. The doctor has changed his meds from Telmed beta 50 to telma am 40/5, along with this met xl 25 for BP Earlier he used to take Telmed beta 50, Nexovas 10 and Metxl 25 What we have observed is his heart rate is 110-115 range from past 2 days, after his discharge. Could it be because of the nebuliser medicine. Duolin and budecort.. Also the doctor has asked us to visit after 5 days, can we go and see him before? Also his vitals are normal BP is in 133/78 range, SPO2 98 and sugars are in control. Please suggest if this is to worry?

Hi Doctors, My baby is 9 months old. Her weight is 9kg. She has had a fever cold and mild cough for the last three days. We have been giving paracetamol pediatric drops (1ml) whenever the fever reaches 100. Yesterday night we visited a doctor and he prescribed cefixime oral suspension 2.5 ml twice for 5 days, Ameox LS (1 ml) for two days, and zuka (1 ml) for two days. We started it yesterday but for the last three days, every 6 hours interval fever is coming post giving the paracetamol. Is there something we need to worry about? We are so tense about this recurrent fever. Please guide us.

Hi Team, Since 2 months I am facing high fever with dry cough and chest pain. I went to several doctors near by had chest x-ray and blood test for thyphoid, dengue etc.. everything is okay. I took these medicines Tab augmentin -625 mg-b.d Tab montair-fx-once a day Tab calpol-650 mg-thrice a day Syp ascoril-ls-2-2 tsp-thrice a day Tab nimuslide-twice a day But of no use even it's been long time doctor is also not taking serious saying that if get fever take dolo or paracitamol.. please help me and suggest some other medicine which I can take.

On evening of 10th August my son got fever with headache so we gave him Paracetamol but after 6-7 hours he was again suffered with fever so we take him to a pediatrician & he asked for some lab tests & found CRP was increased up to 15 so he diagnosed with antibiotics & some other supportive medicines.after that he was on improving phase without any fever but after 3rd day he got dry cough,cold & fever so we take him again to the doctor & he again diagnosed with same antibiotics with some other change medies for next 4 days & instruct us for fever recording for next 3 days.. After this consultation 1 day has been already gone & frequently fever coming in morning & evening time upto 101 F with ...So please suggest us what should we do

Dear Doctor, My son age is 2.5 years he is suffering from cold cough and fever but fever not remain whole day it is be sometime normal some time fever comes again in a day.. I consultant md pediatric dr he was done blood report where my son wbc found 13740 and pattletle count found 545000 dr given treatment of injection like injection accuzon500 injection vomikind injection dexona injection amikacin injection paracetamol. But fever still remain same sometimes come again please suggest what should I do dr said for course of 5 times of same injection for 3 days.

I have had a chronic dry cough for the past 2 months And having breathing problems with inflammation of lungs My spirometer report was  87% After taking medicine for 15 days There is just a little improvement I just want to know if anybody (pulmonologist) Can tell what's wrong with me I am a 32 male and a non smoker I am afraid of having copd Please any doctor can clear my doubts then do reply. Can Copd occur at the age of 30-35? How long can you prevent copd from progression at stage-1 ? And how long one can live a normal life with stage one until it progresses? Do i have it or not ? Hi doctor, A month ago I was tested positive for COVID19 and tested negative on 5th May. After recovering, I have developed hypoxia(SpO2 @88) although recovered from it by next couple of days(SpO2 @96-99). At present I'm experiencing a dry cough and pain in the chest, specialy around right lower front of the lungs, center area and around the left armpit. What can it be? Is it a sign of onset of condition like post covid pulmonary fibrosis? I haven't developed fever after 5th May and other symptoms have improved or vanished completely. I haven't done any blood tests or CT scans yet. Thank you
