I have a 15 month old kid. He has running nose and cough for the past 3 days. We have given nasoclear and mucolite. It has still not healed. Can you suggest what needs to be done. Should we visit a doctor yet OR should we change the medicine or wait for few more days.

Constant cough only in mornings
