Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

It was back in 2013 when the first time um facing Dry cough, then i consult with doc and he gave me montilukast 10mg+ Doxophylline. Um taking this 2 medicine since then but not regular basis. After taking med when um feeling good usually um stop taking med. About 6 month ago um noticed SOB, Dry Cough, mild wheezing. Then i consult with doc and he gave me IGE, DC, ESR, HB% & CXR -PA test. CXR findings was normal. He gave me montilukast 10mg+ Doxophylline & azitromicine. After taking med um feel good but that dry cough not gone  completely. Nowadays i also fell mild SOB. In this situation what should i do?

With severe cold, cough, sneezing, weakness, chest congestion since months, I tend to cough out mild yellowish blobs of cough each morning & sometimes there's blood too. I am a 27 year old femae. I had started taking 4 Septillin tablets each day (2 after each meal). I got better as summers arrived but symptoms have neither alleviated nor reduced. I had stopped taking Septillin for about 2 weeks during these 4 months. Does stopping it works like allopathic antibiotics? Are these TB symptoms?

I had a dry cough for month and I consulted the doctor and he said : no issues in particular but pricribed montek lc with salt water gargle at night. And it did work well. But when I stopped medicine after a week. 2 days later when I'm exposed to dust . I had the same symptom. But this time it's more throat irritation and occasional wheezing ( only at the peak of thoart irritation) but no dry cough instead I cough because of throat irritation. I have no breathing issues.What is this symptoms

I'm suffering from mild to moderate cold, cough but with little or no fever since a month now. I've undertaken 2 different courses if anti biotics like Azithromycin and Amoxicillin but after getting better, cold and cough persists. I also get ringing sound in the ears and humming sounds occasionally and whitish phelgm discharge from nose and while coughing still. I did CBP and ESR tests done in which most values are within normal range except ESR which is 41mm in 1st hour and 80mm in second hour. What does this mean? Is it very high? Could this be serious? Please help with details.

Light Cough and stuffy runny nose for almost 3 months. Feel completely fine otherwise, never had a fever or really felt sick and no problem with shortness of breath. Barely coughing up phlegm. When I do it's a light yellow cream. Went to doc and she checked me out and listened to my lungs and said I didn't have bronch, or pneumonia. Gave me an inhaler for the cough with a steroid and still not going away. Should I go back? I called and she said just continue the inhaler. But I'm worried still.

Hi! My Dad has a cough for over a year already. He consulted different doctors and was given a medication. However nothing cured. Lately he went to an ENT, and was given a medication. After 2 weeks nothing changed. Things that he noticed includes: 1. Itchiness on the throat area that triggers coughing with no phlegm. 2. Everytime he eats food with sugar it triggers the cough. The only sweet thing he can eat is Muscovado sugar. 3. He is gasping even with a short walk or simple activity.

Hey there, I am suffering from GERD and chronic cough from last 5 months, acid reflux is quite common. I got my X-ray done and everything was ok in the X-ray, I also got some blood tests done that was referred by my physician.. white mucus and constant cough is making me miserable.. I have been smoking for 6 years about 5 cigarettes per day in average. I have reduced the smoking to 2 cigarettes per day and trying to quit, please suggest me some over the counter medicines so that I can get a relief from GERD as well as the chronic cough. My nephew aged 19 years coughed little blood in Nov 2016.after that pulmonlogist done AFB culture, CT scan of lung and branoscopy. Then Dr said that he has nothing and prescribed Argumentin tab 1000 twice daily for 10 days. But on 08/04/2017, he coughed blood and next date, he was again consulted with doctor who done CT scan ,branoscopy, biospy. All is normal except in CT scan, it was stated that likely kochs. But from 17/04/2017, he is hospitalized and coughing blood twice daily. He has been given Anti TB drung

My son is teething and has high fever doc has adviced fepanil syrup along with relent syrup. But he has no cough. Should I give relent syrup??

Cough since last 2 weeks . I tried all the syrup but of no help . Cough is specially at night. Kindly help
