Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

My husband has been having cold and cough from almost 1month now..basically kind of throat irritation..later I also got throat infection after 3 weeks which on consulting ENT specialist got cured for both of us. Now on 10th my husband suddenly got fever and tested positive for Covid. We consulted the doctor and she gave us prescription for the same. After a day I also had body pain and slight temperature so started taking the same medication. But the problem is our throat problem doesn't seem to resolve...both of us are having blocked nose and irritated throat with cough particularly in the night. Dry cough sometimes with phlegm... continuously taking steam and doing betadin gargle as well. What can be done for the same.

I just coughed up  huge white cheese like solid chunk or bump i vomitted thrice to get these out . It was huge and white and smells so bad . I don't know from where it come from stomach or from back of throat but i felt little congestion in throat after first time i coughed up a lump . I haven't eaten any cheese or panneer like things i don't know what just happened . I don't have any pain temperature fever etc but I don't know what was that i coughed it up thrice and felt congestion in back of my throat after first vomit . I don't what was it . Was it a tonsils stone? But it was so huge and wide and i dont know it was from throat or from stomach

Hello, My wife is close to 6 weeks pregnant. She has got terrible cold and cough. She is regularly doing the following activities: 1. Inhaling steam mixed with Vicks for four times a day. 2. Drinking hot water as much as possible. 3. Drinking hot turmeric milk as much as possible 4.Gargling warm saline water atleast thrice a day. She throws out a lot of pghlem when she coughs. She holds her in some pain after she coughs. She has no fever. I am worried whether it will affect her pregnancy. Will it affect her pregnancy?

Patient is suffering from fever and cough since last 2 months. We are trying to contact to the doctors who can find out the illness. We have done multiple tests like Chest X-Ray, Blood Tests, Urine Test, Covid-19 Test etc but we are not able to know the exact illness. I'm attaching a few reports please review and let me know if you found any issue which can cause the fever and cough. Currently, Patient is very weak and everyday fever is coming once or twice. There is some relief in cough since last 2-3 days after taking the Homoeopathic medicines. The main issue is everyday fever. Please check the attached reports and share your thought. My sister is having prolonged small dry coughing in evening every day. She had fever around 21st April and was gone in 3-4 days. Her Blood oxygen saturation level is also fine (around 96/97 now) On 5th May she was feeling very weak and a little feverish so upon recommendation of some doctors we have had her CT scan(attached). Now she is not having fever but generally in evening she starts continuously small dry coughing for some time. She also had little pain in the collar bone. No throat pain but she feels like having cough stuck in throat. Currently is is only taking Montelucast sodium and Levocetrizine but it seems to not help. She is still feeling weak and hands are shaking. Can you please support here with some medicine or treatment

Around 10-12 days earlier had fever, cough and little body pain , 6 days earlier had HRCT Scan and came to know that it shows  negligible patches around lungs.. since then as for a fear of covid 19 having medicines such as ivermectin, doxy, vitamin c , zinc , azithromycin, cetirizine, etc and had completed the course . Also have not gone through any RT-PCR test for covid19 , but for now no fever since 7-8 days , no body pain , just little cold, bad cough and loss of smell .. what to do ??? Just need to come over of this cough...

I have  since 10 years occasional congested nose which result in upper throat infection and before couple of years I became allergic to oily things which cause whooping cough with some times chest pain . The symptoms does not remain persistent if I take amocylin it goes away . But with simple allergies I feel congested chest and whooping cough again . By using duanase nasal spray I feel nose allergies go away but once I stop using it .I feel  nasal allergies again and then cough .. Should I first consult ENT or chest specialist.. thanks

Hi sir/madam, My 2 month baby develops cough and cold. Whenever she took feeding she developed cough... Now she cough without feeding. Her breath sounds are audible and while touching her chest heard gurgur sound...while feeding also some sounds heard...from birth to till now she cried from nose, her crying little different,i asked doctor she told due to development of respiratory system the sound like that,it is normal... Now a days my infant cried lot... What can i do now.. Kindly do the needful.. Thank u

My daughter is 3yrs 9 months. Since last January after shifting from Bhubaneswar to Noida she is continuously suffering from cough and cold. Changed 3 doctors, tried homeopathy even but there is hardly any impact. While taking medicines also she is struggling with cough and runny nose. In addition since one year her weight is also exactly the same (16 kg) without any growth. In terms of family history me his father has allergies to dust and pollution and also frequently suffer from cold and cough. Need advice on some further detailed diagnostic tests to find out the root cause of the problem.

Before 1 week I had cough,cold and fever for 2 weeks in which after 7 days I was getting blood in sputum(phlegm) then I thought to have check up for it but when I went to hospital they said they need thick greenish sputum for test but I wasn't getting that and they did blood test too but report was normal.After 2 days blood was reduced and Phlegm was also not coming more so I dropped the idea of test and after 2 days I was feeling like well.After 2 weeks I felt well for 1 week but again from 2 days I am getting cough and cold(full blockage of nose) and before 2 days I had sex since then also cough n cold started again and also I am feeling very very weak.from 2 days in night I am taking Althrocin 500.Please help me,I am a student.I am feeling very weak.I had sex before too but I didn't feel this much weakness ever.
