I have fever dry cough and body pain since yesterday evening temperature is between 99-100. Please suggest what medicine I must take and what could be the problem?

I have cough for about one year and it's on and off. Also, I have shortness of breath which happens along with cough. The cough has increased 5 months back because I stopped smoking. Been to hospital and nothing was helpful. Finally went to a hospital and they did PFT and said it was because of smoking which I stopped. So they did put me on Nebulisation for 15 days in June 2020 (Forminide repsule) and I did and I was fine for 1 and half month but later it again started. I was coughing a lot and along with burps. I get lots of burps. Again did a teleconsultation with a doctor who asked me to use a Formonide inhaler and montair 10 at night. Also, I cannot eat normally as I was eating. If I eat like normal i find difficult to breath. Doctor prescribed me with a tab Razo D before my meal. Now I'm worried if I have a problem with my heart or or lungs because of lack of breath. Kindly suggest which specialist I should be consulting for this.
