Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

I have suffered viral infection with fever 15 days back. Subsequently suffered severe cough which was treated with Claribid 500, Grlinctus ls, Montec fx, nebulizer with levolin, budecort. Though cough has subsided compared to 12 days ago and no fever at present, still it has not disappeared. Problem of sore throat and cough persists despite all drugs are ongoing except antibiotics. Though it requires further evaluation, any modifications in treatment can help further.

My daughter,5 y, is suffering from severe dry cough from past 4 days. Had a fever of 101.5 yesterday morning,subsided with calpol. Gave ascoril Ls also, but there is no relief for cough. She gets coughing spells 2-3 times at night also. Has nasal congestion for past 14 days. No relief with otrivin drops also. Doesn't have a runny nose. What can we do

I face breathing issues due to cough although the cough does not come out but  can feel the cough on swallowing,drinking hot liquids although gives some relief for some time but again problem occurs, i have done all reports ct scan of thorax ,pft ,chedt x ray all are normal as per doctor,  x ray of nose also normal and no post nasal drip,what should be done

Had throat infection, cepodem dp, Allegra n bitadene gargle is given by dr. After two days throat is better, almost no pain. Now I've started coughing uncontrollably when lying down. When going to bed and early morning I start coughing, throat is getting irritated again n not able to sleep. Now even I'm breathing, the air in throat is triggering it n I feel like coughing. Please give suggestions.

Hi, I have a bad dry cough for past 1 month. Previously i was taking sinus medications for last 1 year and then i stopped and now because of this dry cough i went for checkup and took all tests like blood, xray and pft. Esonophils, total ige and all normal, only crp is more. What can be done here please as i have bad tickling feeling in my throat which is making me to cough every min.

Don't exactly know what it is but we're thinking it's a throat blister/ulcer. Symptoms include severe cough. done all the tests but doctor said it's nothing but a blister was formed in the throat, which needs surgery but due to old age better surgery is not recommended. Please help, is it really a blister/ulcer, does it include symptom such as severe cough. He was coughing very badly, can't even sleep properly.

Hello Doctor, My baby is 7 and half months old. After semi solid feed like pures, he's not drinking water, if he drink like even very very little amount he's coughing, coughing and coughing. Don't know what to do? Can I skip water and give formula milk (he drinks daily) like 10 ml like that? Or should I skip both? Please suggest. Thank you

Hello, this is unbelievable for us but my daughter is coughing from past 4 months, its a dry cough. We had multiple doctor visits but the pediatrician says chest is completely clear keeps on prescribing medicines which are not showing results. Maxtra is appearing again n again on prescription. So, finally i decided to reach out to broader group hence posting my question on this platform, hope you will spare a minute to read & share some solution to get rid of this stubborn dry cough. I was tested covid positive in nov 2021 and after that i have severe dry cough every week. It will go away after taking tablets or after drinking ginger tea but is coming back after few days. It feels like dry throat and then a cough follows while having food or sleeping or even while doing casual works. I had dry cough during my childhood followed by sinusitis. Please suggest a solution
