Hi doc I have issues with breathing as I couldn't breath completely if i breath Completely m getting painful cough and m feeling like something heavy in my chest, I encountered few times as some kind of oily taste or smell coming from inside of my body which I can taste or smell when I cough,when I cough sputum is coming please give suggestions my age is 30 male. After waking in the morning I am experiencing this kind of breathing problem with cough.

I am having cough n cold till the time I take medicine I get relief but once the dose is over after 2 days problem start again
