Most of the antiallergics are safe in Pregnancy.
You may take Tab Allegra 120 mg OD for 3 day.
Along with it, u need to do warm saline Gargles, take lots of fluids, Steam inhalation with Karvol respules.
But do consult and inform your Gynaecologist before you start the medications.
