My son is having sore throat with cough which has sound. Not even one month.. Again he got this. What is the problem? He is going to nursery.

My son is suffering from frequent coughing bouts.. doctor told us that he is allergic to dust. He was prescribed lateva m.. he responded well and was fine for a month.. but his cough was triggered again and his He has been on budecort n levolin inhaler for a month approx. but still he gets cough bouts and sometimes suddenly his coughing increases suddenly. Pl suggest what can we do
