Dear friend, It seems that you have got acute rhino- sinusitis. The treatment requires antibiotic, nasal drops, mucolitics, analgesics and steam inhalation. Presently you can do steam inhalation and put nasal drops. For further treatment, it requires to know the nature and position for headache and proper examination. So it is better to consult an otolaryngologist in person, before starting antibiotics.
