Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

My wife is having cough and it is there for almost more than a month now. The cough j's very mild with few occurrences in the day time and gets bad in the night. We consulted two physicians and both rooted for allergy. We did lots of tests as well. The cbc test result was around 12. 72 thousand. We also did an IgE test whose result was 19.45 and a PFT whose results were normal. We took medicines as advised by the doctors but of no use. Now I am sort of feeling helpless as the cough seems to linger around. I need suggestions regarding the same. Should I consult an ENT specialist or any other specialist this time Oz we've already consulted two physicians, or should I go to them once more.

I noticed some pain or discomfort in the chest while coughing. It's like dry cough and I had to cough so much which brings the green mucus. I took cold medicine by checking with doctor. Is hurting only while coughing is because of the mucus? I feel some sensation like heartburn in the chest and gas in the back. I am taking both cold and heartburn medicines. But the pain or discomfort while coughing is not going away. I cough hard to bring out the mucus.

I had fever and cough on 27th April. Fever went up to 102 however my fever went away on 4th may however since then I am having cough. Now it's a dry cough however, I don't feel comfortable while breathing. It worsens specially at night when I lie down it's then when it gets worst. I have been doing gargle had vicks vaporizer even losenges and one spoon honey every day but I m not able to stop the cough and due to so much cough I am unable to sleep please let me know by when this cough will stop ??

Hello Doctor, My 25 days old daughter has caught cough since past 3 days. She usually coughs after feeding. At times there is no coughing for even 4-5 hours but once cough starts she continuously coughs for 3-4 times and tears come out of her eyes. She doesnt have fever and weight is also normal. Please provide some suggestions as she is very small and we are quite worried after seeing her coughing.

I am 21 years old. I had covid during the last week of April with minor symptoms. I have cough nature since I was 5 years old but I don't cough consistently. Today when I coughed, There was little blood with my cough. I rushed to the doctor and he said it might be a throat infection and prescribed me medicines. I came back home and coughed again but there was no blood. Now again when I coughed a little blood was seen. I am really scared. Please help me . please.

Sir I am an allergic person whenever weather gets changed ,I got cold and cough as one month ago I had cold and cough,i took antibiotics and it helps me get over my cold and cough. Sir now sometime ,at. Night there's  too much formation of cough  short breath at night and fever 96°f .and when the cough(phlegm)gets out I feel okay,what kind of cough formation is this ?or what will you recommend me for this!!!. I have a dry cough before starting the covid 19 in India. And every doctor told me its a acid reflux cough and taking antacid and PPI symptoms get better but some day its started and that whole day I am think about that cough and different thinks comes in mind of its corona cough or what etc etc. So my question is how to differentiate acid reflux cough and Corona cough. I dont have any other symptoms nor travel history. Please answer..

My son is 28 days old and he was coughing while breastfeeding. Visited paediatric and he told baby weight gain is normal it is just a normal nose block and over supply of milk, gave me saline drops. Now occasionally he is getting cough and pulling off from nipples. Im little worried whether any other problem. Please advise me is it normal and how long can i use these drops and when will he be outgrown from this?

My daughter is 6 months old baby (8.25kgs), before 15 days she was suffered with cold and cough, consulted with doctor and preferred chericof LS - 2ML - 3times per day, Sinarest - AF - 0.5ML - 3 times per day and Nasal drops - 2 drops for one nasal- 6hrs once.. it was cured and she became normal for a week but from today again she started sneezing, coughing today. Whether we can start the same medicines again from today. Kindly suggest us please

Sir ,I have throat pain from one month.Now it is little bit recovered but not completely.Doctor did endoscopy and x ray he says everything is fine.But the pain to ear is not reducing.Everyday at night while sleeping I am having cough with irritation in throat while the fan is on.When i switched off the irritation is reducing.Can you please say what is the actual reason I am having throat pain and cough at night.
