I got hit by my friend in my testicles and I was suffering from a bearable pain near left testicle and also near left side abdomen. Hi, i had a surgery and circumcision when I was 9 years old. i have always had  a tiny bump near the stitch as a result of the surgery under the upper skin of my penis shaft. For a couple of days, I am noticing the bump has swollen and white fluid discharge comes out at times from it. It is painful only when touched. It feels like an infection, please suggest. A few days back there was an infection near the neck area and i had consulted a dermatologist online. It was said that maybe that is an insect bite so i was given  HHFUDIC cream to apply . It started working and it was recovering and it recovered also. After a few days there was slight white patches and i was said that overuse of that cream might cause that. Slowly the skin will gain back its colour . Recently yesterday there are again reddish areas near my neck . Is it again from the same insect ? 3 of our family members are facing the same problem in the same area. Is it due to a particular insect which is causing this over and over again ?
