Hey hi. You have piles which may be turning painful with burning sensation most likely when you have constipation. If you have chronic or recurrent constipation that also has to be treated.
If constipation does not seem to be a valid reason then check if it is realted to any specific food type. Eating spicy food usually affects. Make note of what is affecting you and try avoiding it for sometime.
