Hi Doctor, My dad is facing some bad pain issues in his right foot heel. He faces lot of trouble walking due to that. I tried oil , volini and other balms too but no help. Can you pls guide us what could be the issue ?

I have been experiencing severe pain in my right thumb tip.It has swollen and even if i touch it i have pain. I have volini pain relief cream but to no extent there is relief.The nail is also paining from the left corner.
