Sir I have migraine problem I am using Tryptomer 10mg tablets & ciplar 10mg tablets no uses what can do plz give solution sir

Feels like a fluid flow when get my head down. Taking medicine from yesterday . 1. BETACAP 2. TRYPTOMER. I m adviced to take betacap one tab in morning for first week and 1/2 tab of Tryptomer on night. After that betacap one in morning and one in night and Tryptomer in night also. Q. I want to know after one week can I take betacap and Tryptomer both together at night or I should make some gap of 1 hr or more? Q. Can I drink milk or eat anything after taking betacap and/or Tryptomer in night?

I have been taking tryptomer 25mg since 8 months then I was prescribed libotryp ds 25/10 since 2 months. My doctor has asked me to stop libotryp ds and take tryptomer 50mg, pregabid cr 82.5 mg. My concern is can I stop libotryp ds immediately and move on to tryptomer 50mg and pregabid cr 82.5 mg? Will there be any withdrawal symptoms for libotryp ds as it is a benzpdiazepine? Kindly advise. Having pain on right of the head, pricking pain no nausea, doctor prescribed tryptomer. I have two queries 1. What could be the reason for pain and how long it'll take to become normal 2. Tryptomer making me very drowsy all over the day, I have been in rest for 5 days, tablet is there for 5 more days, should I extend my leave or I can stop medication? Please advise

I was suffering from anxiety issues, so as per doctor prescription, I am taking nexito 10.mg and tryptomer 10 mg at night. I am already tampering it taking 5 mg now. My employer is doing 12 panel drug test as per policy. Anti depressant are also included in test. Will nexito and tryptomer found in that test. After how many days or how long will the drug show positive in the test. Thanks in advance

I've been feeling anxious lately with random bouts of palpitations (thudding heartbeat) at rest or while getting up or sitting down too quickly. Also headaches sometimes. My doctor prescribed me Prolomet XL 12.5mg (once a day) and Tryptomer 10mg (Twice a day). Are these medicines safe to be taken together? Can I take Tryptomer only once a day as twice a day seems too high at once? Kindly advice.

I am taking divalproex 125mg for mild partial seizures in left temporal lobe. At the same time i have srotal neuro dermatitis .for this i am taking tryptomer 5mg , but this is causing seizures back.
