My mother is having alot pain in both knee, from knee towards the ankle, very difficult in walking, sitting even standing from last one months, i have tried acelefanic, diclofenac, tramdal like every pain killer but doesn't feel any relive, also pain killer make her legs swells, for lockdown I am not able to do xray also pls give me some medicine which helps her.. She is on diuretic torsemide 2.5 mg and having gastric issue pantocid dsr. Pls suggest me good medicine with less side effects. Her age is 55 weight 70

Dear Doctor, I am living in saudi Arabia, 29 year old male, last one year I am having chest pain got 2 time ECG done, one now which says minor change in ECG and one 8 month before where one doctor says it was normal. So now what should I do , should I take below medicine or no ? Please advise. My colostrole rate is 253. Bp : 130/90 Average ECG report is attached . Rx T Torsemide 10 1 od T Atorvastin + fenofibrate 1 od T Ecosprin 75 1 hs X 10 days

My father had MI in 2010 post which he got 3 stents. The ECHO done in Feb 2021 showed LVEF 25-30% with other parameters normal. He has DM-2, Hypertension, CKD Stage 3, Creatnine 1.7 mg/dl. He was put on carvedilol 3.125, nitrocontin 2.6, torsemide 10, ecospirin av gold 20, Gliclzide 60 MR OD. According to today's ECHO, the LVEF has not improved. The report is same as previous. The cardiologist has suggested Sacutan-50 BD to added in the existing medicines. His potassium level is 4.8. Considering his CKD issue, should we give him Sacutan-50. Please suggest.

My brother,age 37,height 5ft 4,wt 46kg..lipid profile,lft,FBS normal.2 yrs back diagnosed with hypertension and taken losartan 25 for 2yrs..He is suffering from insomnia for long time.recently his bp was 200/100. Ecg shows LVH,IRBBB.now on medication torsemide 10,nebicard sm,lorazepam 1mg,now bp controlled but for LVH and IRBBB I worried. Please give Your valuable comment on this..what to do?

I was prescribed the following medicines during covid treatment : Paracetamol 650 - during fever Ivermectin 12 - Once for 5 days Doxycycline 100 - Twice for 7 days Zincovit - 1 Becosule - 1 Limcee - 1 or 2 Vit D3 - 1 weekly Post Covid, I am taking the following medicines : Zincovit - 1 Vit. B complex - 1 Vit. C / Limcee - 1 or 2 (daily) Vit. D3 - 1 (weekly) Ascoril D / Piriton Expectorant - daily thrice I go through these medicines as my regular medication : Omez 20mg - (1) Telmasartan 40mg - (1) Torsemide 10mg - (2) Rosuvastatin 10mg - (1) Metformin Hydrochloride 500mg - (1) Febcot/Feburic 80mg - (1) Atorvastatin 10mg - (1) Antoxid HC - (1) Liv.52 - (2) Ursocol 300 - (1) Nitroglycerin /  Glyceryl Trinitrate 2.6mg - (1) Presently, I am coughing more often & while coughing I am having chest pain between the lungs. Coughing is causing breathing problem sometimes.
