HYPERTENSION MEDICINES dosage
The patient,70years,female, is diabetic and hypertensive and currently on ATDs for the past one year for TB Lymphadenopathy. Wanted to know which of the following medicines she is cuurently on can be reduced:-Related to HBP and Heart specifically 1.Telmisartan 40 twice a day 2. Prazosin Hcl 5mg once a day-night 3.Cilnidipine 10 mg twice a day 4.Torsemide 5 mg once a day-morning 5.Nebivolol 5mg once a day-morning also on Insulin ASPART (X-12-10) Thank you

Ask her treating physician to reduce the same medicines and monitor her BP extensively .
