70years old vomiting and imense weaknes
My father 70years ,52kg weight ,5' 8" height had one vomiting post breakfast yestrday and he's complaining of imense weakness and reeling sensation all day n was lying on bed entire day .he had lil ors and curd rice for the day.no fever,bp-136/77,blood glucose 146 random. He doesn't use any medication other than thyronorm 50. Since last 4days one of his cheek is swollen n had lil tooth pain. What could be the issue..is this related to any inlaying issue? Which tablet can he use if vomtings repeat.

Its better if you take him to a nearby hospital, so that the doctor can examine him
For the time being you can give tab ondem md 4mg 1tab thrice daily before meals for vomiting
