Hello Doc,My Vitamin D was at 31, so i took d3 60 k capsule course for 8 weeks, but as per my latest blood reports, it only increased to 36. What seems to be the problem and which medicine would be right for increasing levels effectively?

I had not gas problem but doctor prescribe me pan 40 for many months so I got vitMin d problem continuously after many month by using pan 40 tablet But I suit only ranitidine 150mg for gas. Will ranitidine will also weakend the bone like pantorazole or rBeprazole.
