Having problem after D&C

I had my D&C 10days before but aftEr that am having some kind of brownish mucus like discharge and some time its come with blood to and facing so much of cramping like pain in lower abdomen and in lower back. .so i want to know its common or a serious problem.. # i had my C-section 15 months before..

Kindly get an ultrasound done to rule out any retained products of conception... if that is normal then there is nothing to be worried about or else you can consult your gynecologist for clinical examination too..
