Hello Doc - I had a higher TG ( around 800+) 6 months back and then I started taking homeopathy treatment. My TG came down to 713 in a months time ( checked in feb), I've been following diet and avoid oily food wherever I can. I've been taking multivitamins and Zinc supplement every alternate day.
