Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
All your reports are fine. All in normal range except triglycerides.
You haven't mentioned if you are taking any cholesterol medicines.
You need to have a high fiber diet, avoid oil, ghee etc
Walking for 40 minutes a day required.
Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
