Whether she can take covid vaccine? 2. If yes, whether she can continue her daily medicines before, during and after the vaccine? 3. If she cannot continue medicine then how many days before and how many days after she can resume her medicines? 4. Any more precautions for her covid vaccine?

Hello, I have been diagnosed with BP two years back & I'm taking telista MT 25 in morning daily. After taking this medicine I feel little uneasy & palpitated for nearly 2 hours. After passing 1-2 urines I feel better. I have BP machine at home. My BP ranges between sys 110/ 75throughout the day & Pulse ranges between 72-88bpm . But after taking this medicine BP rise to 135/90 with pulse 105 for around 1-2 hours. I have done all tests such as 2D echo, Stress tests, Lipids but everything is normal. Please advise. Is it any serious issue?

Please help My mother is suffering from a skin disorder, Rash and Red spots. It has occurred in the last month and is still continuing. My mother not diagnosed for covid 19 but on having such symptoms she get advised for defcort 6 and this is being used for abt 20 days a tablet in morning and another in evening. After stopping this, we went to a pulmonary specialist where she diagnosed with post covid pneumonia. The doctor started the medicines 10 days ago and still on medication. But still she is having persistent facial swelling. So, beside pneumonia treatment,guide me if I can consult any other speciality for facial swelling and also is there any chance of any kind of fungal infection? She is not hospitalised also not having diabetes. She is on medication for high bp I.e. embeta xr 12.5 and telista ch 80 daily and also pneumonia treatment is running. Pls guide..

My mother has BP which was diagnosed in 2011 and was taking stamlo 5mg in night and Telma H in morning now she is 61 years old and we took health check up..doctor told ecg has slight variation and asked to take echo.seeing the echo report she told heart is functioning well but has mild grade 1 DD and it is because of hypertension.doctor changed the tablet from Telma H to telista M T 40/25.Is it ok to take the tablet.In check up she had bp 130/80.No sugar or cholestrol.

I was recently advised pheochromocytoma plasma and 24hr urine test. The report is enclosed. My current doctor suspected pheochromocytoma based on my symptoms of hypertension which was resistant to many of the hypertension drugs administered in the past 4 years. Coincidentally I was also diagnosed with anxiety disorder accompanying chronic panic attacks multiple times of day in the same year. The anti-anxiety medications and therapy also didn't help much in reducing my anxiety and panic attacks. I also have a history of depressive episode 15 years back. The depressive episode relapsed in the last 1 year because of my uncontrollable anxiety and panic attacks. My current medications are venloxafine Chlordiazepoxide Clomipramine and clonazepam as sos medication. For hypertension I have been prescribed Nexovas 50 Telista 40 and Minipress xl 2.5. Have been advised for imaging at Tata Cancer Center in Mumbai. Can it be pheochromocytoma based on the report?

Hello, I am 59 year old lady , belonging to India but am in Denver, USA currently and won't be able to come back to India for the next 4 months. For almost last 1 month I am having severe pain in the right side of my shoulder and right arm, at times going up to fingers. It's not constant but hurts a lot when I do any work or lift my hand/arm. In fact I have to think before lifting my hand. I had been a patient of breast cancer and had been treated in 2015. Had lumpectomy . It was in my left breast. Had been diagnosed even HER2 positive and was treated for this also. I don't have any problem in left side. I am not under any medication for cancer, though am taking 1 tablet daily of Telista AM for high BP. Don't have any other problem at all . I also take multiple vitamins regularly at certain intervals but no other medicine. I had suffered from COVID here in USA around 25 days before but this pain in arm I had beforehand . Kindly provide your valuable suggestion. Thanks

It was 7 years back when my normal than higher blood pressure was first identified during a routine check-up. After monitoring for a week I was diagnosed with hypertension and was put on hypertension drugs. The medications still continues. My yesterday's readings were 170/120. The current medications prescribed are Nexovas M 50 Telista 40 and Minipress Xl 2.5. I am also having a 15 years history of depression and for the past 4 years anxiety disorder has also been diagnosed. I'm on those medications as well. My cardiologist suggested to get myself checked for pheochromocytoma and my urine and blood tests were done. Urine reports showed normal counts but blood report showed high elevated levels of metanephrines and nor metanephrines. Was referred to mibg scan but no tumor was detected. Kindly suggest possible reasons for this high levels of blood pressure and also the elevated blood levels. Does it suggest anything else since pheochromocytoma is ruled out. I don't smoke nor do I drink.
