I had antibiotics in the period of lockdown for throat pain and chills since then am having severe acidity and palpitations and sometimes my pulse rate goes to 145 beats per minute doctor prescribed me nebicard and Normaxin along with Razo D tab and Sucral O syrup the course was completed later after few days it again started again I consulted the dr prescribed me Nexpro IT ,Omez sachet the symptoms were gone but it's usually coming back after few days please suggest Am hypertension patient and pre diabetic and having Nebicard 2.5 and oxra for the same .

Few days back, I had a vomiting with blood. I ate something which caused some indigestion, which led to a slight fever and finally vomiting with blood. Scared by what we saw, I consulted a Gastroenterologist who asked me to undergo a endoscopy. The results were: LAX LES, Mild Nodularity at GE junction and few erosions in stomach. Then I a blood test. Haemoglobin: 16 Blood platelets:245. Mild esonophilia. Doctor said no reason to be concerned and asked me to take Pantocid DSR and Sucral syrup (twice everyday for 30 days) and another endoscopy after 3 months. What is this condition? Is it severe? Curable? Everyones saying biopsy should be done for the nodules but the doctor thought there was no need to? Why? What am I missing here?? Kind and Genuine answers are appreciated. My daughter is 5.9years old...her weight is 19.4kg..frequently she has vomiting tendency..she vomited like 7times in one hour yesterday... usually she has this nauseous feeling early in the morning..but sometimes she actually vomit through out the day..one month back also she had the same problem..after having actacid and ondem she felt better..now again same thing is happening..now doctor prescribed her sucral kid two times a day for 7days..and pan 20 one tablet for 3weeks..my question is should i give sural kid to my child as I found it is not recommended for kids under 12years..pls suggest what to do..or should I reduce the dose. .pls help..Thank you

I'm a 25 year old male. I recently got diagnosis for H. Pylori infection. Doctor gave H. Pylori IgA Stool test which came back Positive with 1.546 Abs value ( Negative < 0.150, Equivocal 0.150-0.180 and Positive > 0.180 ) Doctor has prescribed me the following medicines - Izra 20 - 2 times Augmentin Duo 625 (Amoxillin and Clavulanic Acid) 2 times a day Sucral Gel Vitazyme tablets And Zincovit tablets. My question is that I read online in many papers that H. Pylori infection requires a combination of two antibiotics for treatment, but doctor has prescribed only one. So will this be enough to treat my condition?

After covide gastric attacked  me. Using pan-d since 16 days and sucral-o Syrup since 6 days. Getting better for one day and again same gastric problem coming. Not eating proper rice since 10 days. Only 9 eggs per day, ensure protein milk ,dry fruits and fruits. How many days I have to face this problem. Got this gastic when I got angry and in stress because mom has covide to. Now we both recovered. Problems are chest pain once or twice stomach right and little left side pains once or twice. Smell coming out to nose without burps. Very little breathing issue O2 dropping. Done all the tests CRP, CBP, RBS, d-dimer, HRCT, kidney function test. Liver function test. All the report are good. How to get ready of this gastric.

Hi Dr Team, I was diagnosed with GERD on Sep 1st from that day I was having medication like sompraz d and Sucral Syrup but after 20 days also I didn't get relief and it got worse like closing my throat and when I feel always my ears are closed. From past 1 month I didn't even got sneezing. From past 10 days I am taking pantodac and meva c tables and feel little comfort but still I feel my throat chocked and ears too closed always. Should I take CECT neck to find this Throat and ear problem. FYI from 2 months I am on GERD diet. Please advise on this problem?

I was feeling chills inside from last 2 months & mucus coming in my throat with same facing GERD problem also.i took many advise in practo but no relief den I went to the doctor on 29th June they suggest me IZRA D 40MG & sucral & ketoflam for muscle sprain coz of left side chest pain. ECG & CHEST xray was normal.30 June night I start shivering & had fever 102 & dry cough with mucus. From yesterday noon to now have 100°f cough is also not too much. Sleep well at night. No smell & taste lost, no breathing problem. I am very scared now plz tell me is it common viral or covid 19 ?

Hello dr. I am on long period medicine due to viral,then chronic thyphoid, then stomach pain then acid refulx..now facing from last around 3 4 month red throat.. Not able to heal by antibiotics. N now m taking fron last 5 days pan-d and sucral 1000 syrp. Mucus drain in throat. Thick slaiva(may be) And My question is 1.what is this which i marked with red arrow.. White spot. Looking like tonsil stone but its is not. Noticing from last 3 months. When i went to my dental checkup. 2. In throat there is raised red bumps.. And in which white dots are there in bump. 3. Consitant sore throat is dangerous? Please advice... Too worried.

Last few months I m suffering huge gastro pblm.sometimes acidity, chest burn, chest pain, dizziness. Doctor told me don't worry it's anxiety. Sometimes upper back pain, left side or neck pain. Cholesterol also getting high it's 230 and trygliceride 335, ldl : 137 , hdl :26 mg/dl , esr is 22. Last month doctor suggested to took sompraz l for 1 month, sucral o for 10 days, clonafit .25 for 1 month and stator - f for continuous basis. Last few days I feel again chest burn, acidity, gas, not interested to taking food..I am totally frustrated .pls give me suggestion what should have to do?
