Severe acidity and palpitations
I had antibiotics in the period of lockdown for throat pain and chills since then am having severe acidity and palpitations and sometimes my pulse rate goes to 145 beats per minute doctor prescribed me nebicard and Normaxin along with Razo D tab and Sucral O syrup the course was completed later after few days it again started again I consulted the dr prescribed me Nexpro IT ,Omez sachet the symptoms were gone but it's usually coming back after few days please suggest
Am hypertension patient and pre diabetic and having Nebicard 2.5 and oxra for the same .

You need testing for h pylori stool antigen. Also ecg.
