I am suffering form acute acne on my face and on my scalp. I can't even sleep coz the pain is at its peak. My doctor prescribed me ciplox 500 and sotret 20 mg. I know taking sotret will increase my acne at first as said by my doctor, but instead of ciplox 500 can i use minoz 100, coz minoz 100 is very effective for my acne.
