Hi dear doctors, I have been on medicine for more than a year. I am a type 1 diabetic for 12 years. My weight has also increased to 100kgs. My medicines are Mirtaz 7.5, Nexito 20, Lamitor od 100, Sizodon LS (risperidone)  And Oxetol 150. I feel that I am having alot of medicines that is why asking for a second opinion. The psychiatrist described MAD but I feel they have given medicines on the basis of symptoms and they don't know what exactly I am facing. Even after taking mirtaz at 8:30 pm, I wake up at night and my sleep is in pieces (this has happened 2 times), My memory is also deteriorating. When I wake up at night even after taking medicines, I take extra mirtazapine and Lorazepam. I feel  Please advice.

Yesterday I had pre syncope.. Gotup from Sleep at 4 am n went to urinate. After I was done felt very uneasy..ears rang loudly, face cold, tightness in chest n stomach.. I felt I was unable to walk n vision blurry.. rushed outside room then sudden cramp in stomach n went to washroom to pass stools. After that I got normal n went to sleep.. Ecg done today is normal... No personal/family history of cardiac event.... I am on antidepressant sizodon since 10 days for ocd Today whole day I felt tired n dizzy n on walking drowsy.. can u tell me what cud be the reason? Is this cardiac related??

Long standing Patient with depression and personality disorder features.earlier using BUPRON, MDD XR 50, lonazep .5, LICAB, SIZODON MD.5. I was not fealing all right so I consulted another doctor at hyderabad. He said by seeing rosharch ink blot test and personality assessment report it is neither BIPOLAR mor DEPRESSION but it is a anxiety avoidant personality disorder .Asked me to stop the old medicines Start MDD XR 50 and TOFICAlM 50 morning and eve. But I am not getting sleep during night times nor day times.. Fealing very difficulty vit sleep disorder . I tried taking clonazepam 1 mg . No response. How to get sleep with new medicines .. Pl help.

I am on a medication of a doctor for reatlessness, depression and chronic anxiety I am now on a following medication; 1. Escigress 0.25 mg 2. Sizodon 0.5 mg 3. Mirtex 15 mg 4. Provenol forte 0.25 mg 5. Desveren 50mg I am taking above medicines from 5 months, in this 5 months my eyeglasses no. has increased and it is getting weak day by day. Is this due to the medicines i am taking. I consult it to my doctor but he said that it is not due to medicine. But when i searched on google i founded that some of these medicines may affect your eye sight. Please give me advise what should i do now?

I have been suffering from depression due to my OCD thoughts from last 18 years. Took serta 100 mg for three years after that OCD depression again start. Took paxidep 37.5 mg, lamitor 200 mg nexito 20 mg,zapiz .05 mg for five years after that again same problem start.currently taking prodep 80, lamitor 100,clonil 75 mg and sizodon 1 mg from last two months but no relief.Treatment not working from last one year. I have upset mood and no interest in any activity, excessive guilt feelings. P

Asking for 61 yr old female with no prior medical history.. Observing few behaviour changes for a week now.. Looks like restless, feared, unnecessary worries and imaging things.. Consulted psychiatrist who asked to take MRI Brain plain.. MRI Report as of yesterday - Focal T12/T12 flair Hyperintensity which may represent small vessel ischemic changes.. Psychiatrist had given the following tablets for 10 days Ativan 2 Mg at night and Sizodon - twice a day.. And said with these tablets, patient should be ok.. started the tablet2 days back and these tablets is making drizzy... wanted to check if we need to consult neurologist or any further treatment is required for the MRI impressions.. Highly worried.. Please advise.

I have tried every medicine for social anxiety like pexep 25 mg , nexito 10 , franxit , sizodon LS and Beta blocker like metolar 50 for duration of one month each but still no improvement seen......The main problem which i am facing is my blood pressure increases upto 170/110 and pulse rate goes upto 140 whenever i was in social gathering so i take opinion from my general physician and he prescribed amlip 10 mg which i was taken from 3 months but still my blood pressure and pulse rate too high even after taking amlip 10 when in social situation ...so after that i stop taking medicine bcoz i need proper treatment for social anxiety so that my bp and pulse rate was under control ( symptoms like excessive sweating , heat sensation / hot flashes , ghabrahat , nervousness )...kindly suggest me good medication which control my bp and pulse rate due to social anxiety ...i really need help bcoz it affects on my career too

60 yrs paralysis on 28 june,physically good Issues with 1 i have a car & a driver even has sujok machines (which we never had) 2 i am also a dr. A sujok therapy dr degree from germany & have given treatment to many ( relating and taking names of person who had paralysis and have passed away) 3 person identify and mismatching 2 things ( like got a call frm elder sister&saying about DIL that she is my elder sister in last birth) 4 saying that he has done business  in  delhi&  have meet atul bihari and lal krishna which is just an illusion 5 few small misconcepts and making stories by self 6  2-3 times he said...call that person ( a random person in garden) and told me that i have to sell my plot i have purchased new shop, so  want to do the payment 3 medicines 1 serta 25 (is on dose 1 daily) 2 qutan 25 ( recommended by 2 neurologist& said no from local psychiatrist ) 3 sizodon 25 ( recommended by 1 & said no by psychiatrist ) Confused and want solution

I am switching from my current treatment under Dr. Ashwin jain in Indore which is prescribing me the following drugs from last 6 months: Escigress 10 mg: 0-0-2 sizodon 0.5mg: 0-0-1.5 Provenol forte 0.25 mg: 1-0-0 Mirtaz 15 mg : 0-0-2 and the doctor doesnt motivates me and always increases doses of medicines without solving underlying problem and doesnt listen to me Now i have consulted with Dr. Satish Ramaiah of banglore online through practo,he said there is no need to take so many medicines and prescribed me only 2 drugs as he said drugs are not so important, you should make yourself healthy from inside, drugs are only supportive and advises me to do yoga and meditation, he prescribed me following drugs: Venlafaxine 37.5 mg for 7 days in the morning Venlafaxine 75 mg for next 30 days in the morning Mirtazapine for 30 days in the night now, I want other doctors to know what should i do in the current situation?
