OCD depression
I have been suffering from depression due to my OCD thoughts from last 18 years. Took serta 100 mg for three years after that OCD depression again start. Took paxidep 37.5 mg, lamitor 200 mg nexito 20 mg,zapiz .05 mg for five years after that again same problem start.currently taking prodep 80, lamitor 100,clonil 75 mg and sizodon 1 mg from last two months but no relief.Treatment not working from last one year. I have upset mood and no interest in any activity, excessive guilt feelings. P

Your medication seems to be appropriate.
However, there is still scope for adding Fluvoxamine and deleting some other medications.
