Do kera XL serum have any side effects after stopping using it . Like hair loss again ? As it is a natural and synthetic mixed product serum ? I have been prescribed  this serum by a dermatologist as i didn't want to go for minoxidil and finasteride solutions. Is it a good natural and effective serum without any negative side effects after stopping it after a while?

I used it on my face and neck and now I hv developed black skin on chin and cheeks which look so awful.. Tried treating my skin so many times by different skin doctors but no relief...Kindly help. As i changed the doctor... the doctor changed the previous plan as insted of minoxidil she prescribed me proanagen solution and kera xl serum She told me this is to prevent minoxidil dependency Is this plan correct?

My mother was taking Ropark 2mg thrice a day along with Syndopa 110 4 times a day. Recently we visited a neurologist, and they suggested that she replaces Ropark with Ropark XL 2MG twice a day. She has been taking Ropark XL 2 mg for over a week but has developed symptoms like swelling all over her body, and slow movement. Is this because of Ropark XL? Should she go back to taking Ropark? What is the difference between both medications? Which one is higher dosage? Any guidance will be helpful.
