I had plantar fascitis in my right heel, it occured when I was wearing a very flat chappal on A very Rocky road, a pointed stone just got to my heel and i was limping immediately. The pain subsided and reoccured after few weeks and it became extremely difficult for me to walk, went to doc, told it was plantar fascitis, took steroid since pain was worse and painkillers were doing no good. But even after that was not completely well, got xray done and plantar fascitis was gone but still had pain. Continued with homeopathy medicines, cold therapy and exercises, and pain was subsiding. For few days,had extensive walk,missed exrecises and cold therapy, pain got back again immensely. Please tell me what is causing the pain and how to get rid of it? I have throat pain in left side and stiffness ... no difficulties while eating and no sores ... but I'm feeling like something stuck in there while swallowing saliva... It comes and goes My main concern about this matter is I'm feeling some hard rocky lumps near hyoid bone .... right side is not like that it's normal to touch.... left side only hard and tight when I touch and feeling something is hard there.... My wife has been diagnosed with Schmorl's nodes age 29? What could be the possible causes of this? Current weight: 65kg & height: 5.4. Job: 9 hours seated on a computer. Her medical history is 1. 4 years ago I was having a lot of trouble that summer keeping any food down and dropped around 30 lbs in a month, maybe. They did EGD, Colonoscopy, etc. and said nothing was wrong.
