Recently Answered Questions on Rivaroxaban

My mother, 56, recovered from covid a month ago. She has been prescribed Vrx gold Q10 for a month and Rivaroxaban 10mg for 10 days during a course of treatment. My question is when should i go for d dimer test as she was taking Vrx gold Q10. She does not have diabetic and bp. Her pulse rate at rest 80 to 90. If any other test needed pls advice.

On 10th my husband was diagnosed covid...he was almost asymptomatic..only had sore throat ...he took zincovit,limcee twice daily, ivermectin twice daily for 3days...on 28th ... diagnosed negative...but since then he has off n on fever( 99) subsides on its own.got tested...crp 25, d-dimer-0.52,ldh-305,.Dr adviced methylprednisolone 8mg twice daily, rivaroxaban 2.5mg twice daily,atarax once, seradic-p twice daily, zincovit...felt better no fever for some days.Dr tapered methylprednisolone 4mg for twice daily, half paracetamol 500mg for twice daily, rivaroxaban for once daily..but again after two days...fever (99)with chills...2nd time d-dimer done 0.49 after tapering medicines d-dimer again 0.52

My mother is having three medicine as below 1- Rivaroxaban 20Mg 10Am 1Dose 2- Ecosprin 150/20 10pm 1 dose 3-Betaoc 25Mg 2 dose 10am and 10pm Are the above mentioned medicine should be continued? My mother had mital valve repair in 2009 and left leg above the knee amuptation in Jan 2021. Please suggest .

My mother had mitral valve repair in 2009 and left above knee amputation in Jan2021 and currently she is taking below medicine - 1-Rivaroxaban 20mg 1 dose 2-Ecosprin 150/20 1dose 3- Betaloc 25mg 2 dose Can you please help me the with the below two queries: 1- Ecosprin 150/20 quantity is fine or shall we change to Ecosprin 75/20? 2- My mother is still feeling the phantom pain.how to reduce this pain?

Was covid positive on 1st of June .. no symptoms or issues at all except .. just the d dimer was 1400.. rest all markers normal .. took rivaroxaban for 10 days it came to 250... The I got a random test done on 1st of sept and d dimer was 900... repeated it on 22nd sept and it was again 1400.. no symptoms or issues not sure what is going on and what to do.. have consulted multiple doctors and all say that for isolated d dimer elevation don't need to worry .. m still taking ecosprin 75 mg as a safety precaution.. any thoughts or insights will help

My mother got covid positive on 21 April She had taken doxy(7tablet) ivermetin( 3 tablet) azithromycin(3 tablets) antibiotics 5 days ceroxitum 500 antibiotic( morning night) Zincovit for 3 weeks vitamin C (Covid was mild to moderate.. It's been 1 and half month since she discharged from hospital she had 6 remdesiver and 1 tocilizumab injection in hospital everything was fine after discharge and she is doing great but since 3-4 days she is saying she doesn't feel eating and having feeling if she eat more than 1 or 2 roti she will vomit this problem start after her all medications are stopped like rivaroxaban 10mg , she is eating beng-m for diabetes as her sugar increased after steroids and now it's controlled her sugar is pp 91 and after food 148 ... So what could be the problem she is having now ? Not able to eat properly having feeling of vomit ...

Hello, My father is aged 65 (weight 61 kg), and he has arrhythmia, his heartbeat increases to more than 150 sometimes. He is also on thyroid and hypertension medication. Listing his medication below: Flecarite 100 mg Telmisartan 40 mg CTD 6.5 Rivaroxaban 20 mg Metoprolol 12.5 mg Thyronorm 37.5 mg In addition to this he has high uric acid and borderline triglycerides. (recently diagnosed) Would it be safe for him to go for the covid vaccine? Which one would be safer, covaxin or covishield?
