Recently Answered Questions on Ranitidine

I'm suffering with a lot of belching more than 500 times a day, back heaviness, stomach heaviness, head heaviness, anxiety, throat fullness. It's dry and airy belching only, no reflux. Took Ranitidine 150 mg BD for 10 days and Sorbacid for 10 days. No relief. Also having Fatty liver grade 1.

From the last few days i am having gas trouble including a slight pain in left chest. Ecg and tmt are normal within range. Doctor prescribed me esopen-DSR capsule 1 at morning before food and Ranitidine HCL 150 mg of some different brand. My question is whether this medicines are safe to consume. My family memeber told me that these both medicines shows side effects more. Please guide me whether i should continue with the treatment

Dear sir/ Madam, Sir I am feeling pain in my chest rib at right 3rd rib from upper side since last one and a half month. I have went to the doctor and they have given "Ranitidine with dilclofenac sodium and paracetamol tabs". It's completely relaxes the pain but comes again after stopping medicine. I took it for 7 days. Now again feeling pain in the same area. Doctor suggest me for x-ray and CT scan and  both reports are normal. I have no other health issues. No cold no cough. Nothing. Then why I'm feeling pain. What should I do now. Please suggest me doctor.

My wife is pregnant since last 6 month.she already have 3year old baby boy and delivery was normal without any complications.but now she is facing severe gastric issue since last 4 months.Doctor suggest to take Aciloc 150mg tablet (ranitidine 150mg)but no relief from this medicine.her stomach looks like 9months pregnant lady.All reports are normal like TSH,CBC,RBS,HPLC,ELISA,URINE and LEVEL 2Ultrasound. Any suggestions?

For actidity problems once i was prescribed Pantodac DSR (1-0-1) [DOMPERIDONE+PANTOPRAZOLE] {for 7 days} & Sup. GAVISCON 10 ml three times a day after meals {For 10 Days} On the earlier occassion i was prescribed ZINETAC [RANITIDINE] 150MG TABLET twice a day Both worked fine for me. Which can i continue with? I have been having acid reflux for the last 2.5 years. Hasn't been resolved with Omeprazole after I had it for 3 months(I tried it in 2016 and stopped it). Hi I am 16 and am suffering from bad acid reflux and have been for the past 2 and a galf months. My doctor ordered an ultrasound for my gallbladder but it came back clear as I had pain when my gallbladder was prodded. What is the best way to relieve pain from excess stomach acid? I have taken 3 Tums, 2 Ranitidine tablets, and some Pepto Bismol and I am still in pain. It hurts so much that it prevents me from getting any other activities done. I am just laying in bed and it is taking hours for the pain to go away. My old doctor a few years ago told me that I have GERD, but the pain is always in my stomach and radiates to my back. I never experience reflux.

I am very sensitive to oral nsaids. Even if I take one pill of ibuprofen along with ranitidine, still on the same day itself I get burning stomach pains from gastritis. Now my question is whether I can use choline salicylate + lignocaine gel for my recurrent aphthous ulcers or not. Even choline salicylate is a type of nsaid. And I am worried if it can harm me the same way like oral nsaid. I would like to know that whether I can use it for long period of time or not.as I am frequent sufferer of mouth ulcers since childhood. I have tried bcomplex also but whenever I am stressed or eat anything spicy, I get these ulcers in mouth. I want to keep a go to medicine for long term use which can be used to help me eat food with mouth sores.till date I have been using benzocaine but now would like to know about zytee L (choline salicylate+ lignocaine) Also. so my concern is for recurrent and long term use rather than for few days.
