Hi sir, sometimes I am feeling shortness of breath mild in nature along with chest tightness and mild back pain radiating in my neck. I did tests like ecg, echo, tmt, chest x ray, diabetes and PFT , all were normal. But my cholesterol was high for which I am taking medicine Rosuvas along with amlopidine for high bp. My weight is 110kg and bp 140/90. Please advise if I need to take any further tests or medicines ? I am also trying to lose weight.

Lipid profile report attached

Problem: My father is undergoing Cholestrol treatment and having rosuvas cv 10. Earlier he was having rosuvas cv 20 but Dr reduced the dose to 10. last year in December he has 281 total Cholestrol, and today it has come down to 244, but his triglycerides level has increased to 265 from 176. LDL has improved to 148 from 202. Also in addition to above medicine he is having Kimet xl 25 and telzhy ch 20. Diet: Canola oil, olive oil, fatless chicken breast, oatmeal, fish, etc Note: He didn't take Cholestrol medicine for 10 days and within that period he had chicken, fish, etc. He recently met with an accident where he suffered hairline fracture. So in bed rest right now, & can't go for morning exercise. Question: (1 ) why is the Cholestrol taking time to reduce? (2) Why did triglycerides increase so much? (3) should I be concerned of latest reports results? (4) what exercise can be done during fractured period? (4)What else can be done?

Openion on my reports

Among a gi during my master health check up i realised that my fasting blood sugar was 164 and also have above the normal cholesterol levels for which I am taking Rosuvas 10 mg. I also have had a thyroid problem for the past 11 years. In a review of blood sugar today my fasting was 145 and Post prandial was 189. Should I be taking medication for this or can this me controlled diet. A month ago the doc gave a diet instructions which I followed with a few slips here and there. My height is 154 cm and I now weigh 80 kg. Trying to see if I can avoid an additional tablet is possible. Any advice 🥺
