Hi. I have severe dermatitis ( red spots and dandruff) in the scalp, upper chest and face area. I stay in a place where it is not humid and the climate is dry. I have used medication  for fungal infection (lulifin lotion, eritop cream, novale shampoo) but all in vain. Please help me with a permanent solution.

I have been suffering from the scales in scalp for past 5 years or so. I have consulted with many doctors and they gave some medicated shampoos like novale CT and lotions like propysalic NF which I have used for about 3 months. If I left the medicine for a single day its severity gets doubled. I don't know whether it is Psoriasis or something else need a solution and a complete suggestion to get from this skin disorders. I don't have any other skin disease except on scalp.

I had severe dandruff way back so I went to doctor and was prescribed anti dandruff shampoo ( novale-ct). Now after applying that shampoo , my dandruff has been cured. But hairfall happens as my hairs got weak and thin and I also take multivitamins ( keraglo men ) which was prescribed by dr too . There is some improvement but my hairs are not getting thicker and there is some area on scalp which is uncovered and hairs are not coming there . I apply hair serum ( folliserum ) which was prescribed my dr and dr said apply this and you will get improvement. Please suggest any medication which can improve my hair thickness and density . Also suggest should I continue using anti dandruff Shampoo ( novale ct ) .

Am actually getting alot of itchiness in my private part and when I consulted my doctor she recommended me tab Nixitral-200 ,tab levosiz -10 and 2 types of cream 1) monoguard cream = to be used in morning 2) luliclin cream = to be used in night And she also recommended me 1 soap that is NOVALE Ketoconazole bar And am actually satisfied by her .

I have had seborrheic dermatitis for around 1.5 years now. I would say I've lost close to 40% density or a little over of my hair. I know the seborrhea is to be blamed because as soon as I started treating it, the hair loss vanished. My symptoms were mild and I tried all the anti dandruff shampoo like cipla 8x novale ct and some lotions but nothing working .so wanted to know if it's curable then will my hair grow back ?
