Seborrheic dermatitis
Hi. I have severe dermatitis ( red spots and dandruff) in the scalp, upper chest and face area. I stay in a place where it is not humid and the climate is dry. I have used medication for fungal infection (lulifin lotion, eritop cream, novale shampoo) but all in vain. Please help me with a permanent solution.
