I have been getting tiny pustule like bump/s  on left side of my nose since few months. Bumps are 1-2 in quantity. They generally get burst or scraped while drying the face after taking shower in the morning. But the bump/s reoccur by next morning. Initially I applied a general antiseptic cream but it didn't work. As it didn't work, I applied Fucidin and then clindamycin with no effect from any of those. Both were suggested by GP. Is there any other topical medicine I can apply to help me with it? I am not in India, so GP is the primary source I can visit and getting a specialist appointment takes time.

Hi Doctor, I have itching on the lower side of head/scalp(psoriasis). Doctor prescribed soltop S3 lotion. It cured when I have used that lotion. Now reoccurred , so feeling itching again...to use that same lotion I m not getting in the market. Can you please suggest an alternate lotion for Soltop s 3 lotion.
