Hello doc My vitamin d3 level was 9 after my delivery.. Post natal 1.5 yrs now.. I took d3 sachet 8 weeks.. N had an d3 injection also.. I didn't check my count after that.. If I take vitamin D, I feel very energetic, no body leg n joint pains, brisk.. But if I don take I feel very drowsy all time, severe leg cramps, damn tired, so until mindful... Why s this? Wat should I do? Can I keep taking d3 sachet every week continuously?

I am supposed to take vitamin D3 60k every thursday at 1pm but today i forgot to take it can i consume it now ? is it nesscary to have it same time and the same day. please guide.
